Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Figlytics website (figlytics.adx.cool) and application (app.figlytics.adx.cool), operated by aedhx. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Figlytics is

Figlytics is an independent analytics dashboard for Figma design systems. It reads data from the official Figma REST API using credentials you supply and presents it as metrics, scores and reports. It is a read-only viewer: it cannot create, modify, publish, or delete anything in your Figma organization.

2. Not affiliated with Figma

Figlytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma, Inc. “Figma” and related marks belong to their respective owner and are used here only to describe interoperability. Your use of the Figma API remains subject to Figma’s own terms of service and API terms, which you are responsible for respecting.

3. Eligibility and access

Full functionality depends on the analytics:read OAuth scope, which Figma makes available on its Enterprise plan; a subset of features works on lower tiers. You must have the right to access the Figma organization whose data you connect. You are responsible for holding the necessary permissions from your employer or client before connecting an organization.

4. Your credentials

You are responsible for the security of your Figma access token. It is stored in your browser and never transmitted to a Figlytics server. Do not use Figlytics on a shared or untrusted device, and revoke your token in Figma if you suspect it has been exposed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to access data you are not authorised to access;
  • circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features;
  • attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
  • use the service in a way that breaches Figma’s API terms or rate limits;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability

The service is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. Because Figlytics depends entirely on the Figma API, outages, breaking changes, or rate limits on Figma’s side will affect availability, and are outside our control.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Health scores, adoption metrics and audits are indicative analytics, not professional advice — verify anything you intend to act on.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual property

The Figlytics name, interface, and source code remain the property of their author. The data displayed through the service remains yours (or your organization’s). These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service, and nothing more.

10. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

About Figlytics

Figlytics is a free analytics platform for Figma design systems. It helps design teams track component adoption, variable coverage, style consistency, and team activity across their entire Figma organization.

Key Features

  • Health Score: A single 0-100 grade (A-F) combining adoption, detachment, coverage and freshness per component, team, and workspace.
  • Search Engine: Full-text search across components, variants, variables and styles with live results, type filters and usage counts.
  • Activity Feed: Library publishes, branch activity, detachment alerts and team events in one unified live feed.
  • Adoption and Leaderboard: Track insertions vs. detachments per component, rank teams by health score automatically.
  • Multi-team Hub: All teams across workspaces in one dashboard with score comparison and trend tracking.
  • Cross-domain Insights: 10 detection engines correlating data across components, teams, files and styles.
  • Configurable Scoring: Tune the health formula with adjustable weights for adoption, retention, coverage, momentum and regularity.
  • Token, Style and WCAG Contrast Audit: Orphan detection, usage tracking and WCAG contrast checks in one view.
  • Comments Kanban: Track every unresolved Figma thread across files with priority and age tracking.

Security and Privacy

  • Zero data storage: The cloud version processes everything in real-time and stores nothing on servers.
  • API keys stay client-side: Figma API tokens are stored exclusively in the browser local storage and sent directly to Figma API.
  • Read-only access: Only uses read OAuth scopes. Cannot modify, delete or publish anything in your Figma organization.
  • Self-hosted option: Deploy on your own infrastructure (coming soon).

Requirements

Figlytics requires a Figma Enterprise plan for full functionality due to the analytics:read OAuth scope. A subset of pages works on lower-tier Figma plans. The tool is powered entirely by the Figma REST API.

How Figlytics compares to Figma Analytics

Figma ships built-in Library Analytics with basic component insertion counts. Figlytics extends this with health scoring, cross-domain insight correlation, team leaderboards, full-text search, configurable scoring weights, design token audits with WCAG contrast checks, and a comments kanban board. While Figma Analytics gives you numbers, Figlytics gives you actionable answers.
